The information, products, materials, images, specifications, pricing, and other content provided by TLL Collective / The Lifestyle Lab (“TLL”) are provided for general informational and purchasing purposes and are subject to change without notice.

TLL sources products from independent manufacturers, suppliers, artisans, distributors, and other third parties. TLL does not manufacture these products and does not independently warrant their performance, durability, suitability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any manufacturer or supplier warranties are subject solely to the applicable manufacturer's or supplier's terms, conditions, exclusions, and approval.

Product photographs, samples, displays, and digital images are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, actual products may vary in color, shade, veining, grain, texture, pattern, dimensions, finish, and appearance due to the inherent characteristics of natural and manufactured materials, production variations, lighting, photography, monitors, and dye or production lots. Such variations are not necessarily defects.

Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, quantities, specifications, product selections, installation requirements, and suitability for their intended application before placing an order. TLL is not responsible for installation errors, field modifications, incorrect measurements or quantities provided or approved by the customer or customer's contractor, or work performed by independent contractors, installers, designers, tradespeople, or other third parties.

Production, availability, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TLL is not responsible for delays or resulting labor charges, installation costs, project delays, storage fees, lost use, or other consequential or incidental expenses caused by manufacturers, suppliers, carriers, weather, customs, supply-chain interruptions, or other circumstances outside TLL's reasonable control.

Custom, special-order, made-to-order, and specially sourced merchandise is final sale and non-returnable, subject to TLL's applicable Return & Refund Policy and any rights that cannot legally be waived.

By purchasing products or services from TLL, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and manufacturer or supplier requirements associated with their purchase.

Nothing contained in this notice is intended to exclude or limit any right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
