Tile is sold by the box, with a standard minimum order of one box; minimum quantities may vary by manufacturer. Your square footage will be rounded to the nearest full box, with any adjustment noted in your quote.

Tile and flooring ship freight due to weight, so exact shipping cost depends on your total quantity and delivery address. When you request a quote, we calculate freight for your specific order and include it in your quote, so there are no surprise shipping costs later. Quotes are typically ready within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Due to manufacturer restrictions, most tile and flooring orders — including unused or leftover boxes — are not eligible for return. We encourage you to confirm your exact quantity before placing your order.
