When you request a quote, we calculate freight for your specific order and include it in your quote, so there are no surprise shipping costs later. Quotes are typically ready within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Due to manufacturer restrictions, most tile and flooring orders — including unused or leftover boxes — are not eligible for return. We encourage you to confirm your exact quantity before placing your order.
